Sense seen. Splendid stuff. Read on.

Site Updates
Tuesday 13th July 2010

Apart from getting quite excited about spotting a Go! Team poster in 'Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist' at the weekend (I really should get out more) it's all a bit quiet at the moment - so a good time to highlight a few recent updates to the site.  Firstly I've added a 'noteworthy compilations' section to the Discography - hopefully self-explanatory - check it out here. There's also a found interview with Sam Dook about all things Brighton, plus there's a newly-added press release for Proof Of Youth here.

Two New Go! Team Dates
Thursday 15th July 2010

The band have announced two new shows: The Wickerman Festival in Kirkcudbright, Scotland (24th July) and the Stereo Summerland Festival in Cologne, Germany (27 August).

Live Clips

Not that we're desperate or anything but there's another minute's worth of footage of one of the new songs the band played in Salamanca recently here... plus a top-notch recording of Grip Like A Vice from Tudela last Saturday here. Viddy well.

Thanks very much to Mike Courteau for getting in touch and sorting out an improved version of the backstage interview 'featurette' the band undertook during the recording of a French TV show back in October 2008 here. The interview had only previously been available on the arte.tv site and didn't play too well, so great to have a decent version. Mike also pointed me in the direction of a great Yumi Yumi video (Kaori Tsuchida's former band prior to joining The Go! Team) for the track 'I Am Right!' - a terrific razor-sharp Rezillos-esque three minutes that I now have totally stuck in my head - in a good way. Cheers Mike!
